Townhouse(2bed,2bath) around $300K (sold 410K in 2007), HOA fee $280 including earth quake and water/sewer, tax $2500. The renting rate is about $1600(rentor should pay water and electricity). If downpayment 75K(25%), loan 225K @5.125% 30yr fixed rate ($1225 payment per month)
Do you think this is a good property to investiment ?
