有人用过NQDC薪酬延迟计划来省税吗

收到公司通知可以加入NQDC计划，看说明可以省不少税，貌似唯一的风险是如果公司破产钱就拿不回来了。有人用过这种计划吗？还有其他什么风险？我不是高管，只是收入比较高的码工，第一次收到这个通知。先谢！
