房地产投资 vs 股市交易

西方白领致富的最佳办法和取得自由时间的最佳办法是：

做股票交易。

原因：

1，市场已高度成熟完善，任何新技术新发明都要有巨大投资；所以，个人干不过VC。
2，行业高度细化和完善化，做实业首先要巨大投资，其次成功风险也大；其中被人收购算成功的一种。
3，做房地产投资其实风险比股市交易更大。同时，房地产投资需要经常性的时间照顾business，要与人打交道，要与银行打交道，要与租客打交道，要为租客服务。而股市交易成功之后基本都是自由时间，不用与人打交道。
4，与房地产和任何其它行业相比，股市交易不存在经济危机。因为，熊市也可以赚钱！
5，股市交易不存在失业，因为股市天天开门。房地产存在有价无市无法交易的情况！
6，与房地产交易相比，股市交易Liquidility天上地下，Click一下Button就行了。
7，股市与科学研究类似，思想和idea是真正有价值的；在股市，思想就是财富！

缺点：
成功者极少！要战胜自己！
