great deal. Have a question

Is it possible to find such a deal now?

My feeling is that the price has gone up somewhat, so it's hard to find such a deal now. Basically, I wonder if it's possible to sell this house, then buy another similar house at 110K, fixup, then sell at 180K again. And again.
