川普要动社安退休金了

好了，选川普的可以给自己鼓掌了。他和GOP要动社安退休金了。（1）改公式来降低社安退休金的支付额（2）对高收入群体，减少社安退休金的支付（3）延长退休年龄（4）增加社安税收比例。
