Hi! Have an applicant for 1618 SJB. 25 year old guy, his wife, and newborn. No pets. Good income (over 3x rent) and rental reference said they’d definitely rent to him again. Moving because they need a bigger place since having a baby. Only problem is he has a foreclosure from earlier this year. Said it’s because the inspection wasn’t done properly before buying the house and there was significant damage not seen initially from the hurricane. He has money to pay deposit and rent
