That's probably not going to work. What kind of law suit are you trying to avoid?
From personal side, say if you hit anybody while drunk, they will find out what asset you have, including all business. LLC certainly count. Since he'd be the owner of LLC, the victim would simple take you LLC.
Or somebody trips at the house. Then the homeowner insurance would take care of that. If that's not enough, you can get some umbrella insurance for added protection.
