1998 年在纽约森林小丘谈了一个townhouse，大概23万左右。可出租1400一个月。首付4万就可。自己无需monthly付出。现在大概1.5M.

如果有100M，可买25个这类房子。现在大概有25*1.5=37.5M。 

当然需要修理，空房期，保险开销。
