请问该减多少钱好呢？

40年的老房子了。crawl space的水管崩开了，水哗哗地流。房间里没有水，无法做各种检查。crawl space空间狭小，与空调的管道纵横交错，好像极其难操作。
所以可能需要打开房间的地面。也可能需要换全部的水管？
想让seller减价，请问该减多少钱好呢？
