有人用REDFIN AGENT 或 FOR SALE BY OWNER 卖过房子吗？

用一般的房地产经纪人卖房子，现在基本上要5% 佣金。想问一问用Redfin agent or for sale by owner 或其他方法卖过房子的人的经验。先谢了。
