请教: 我的情况符合$6500 CREDIT 吗?

2004年1月买第一个房子, 一直住到今年9月买第二个房子, 为主要住房且现已搬入. 第一个房准备出租. 会符合$6500吗? 是不是要在12/1 以后买才能符合?
