这算剥削吗？？这个租客说我赚了他50万美元！

租客欠我几千块，现在反悔拒绝付款。而且过去一年每个月都晚交，八月开始拒绝交late fee了。

先发了三天通知，他回复“it is nothing. I know my rights".

当时刚刚好是九月付租日，就延迟了几天。

 

拖到11号收到租金，依然拒绝付late fee.

又发了三天通知。租客依然不理会。然后就file了 eviction。

 

租客收到船票，说我赚了他50万美元。

“Wow 某某， you are suing us 某某, as it is things have been tough. 7 years of us living here and this is how you treat us. Almost 500k you have made off us and we have maybe been late, but have always paid. Despite our differences ”
