一个关于SPY的冷知识，看看论坛上有多少人知道11个小孩的故事

我一直说要买VOO，不要买SPY。VOO管理费更低。

SPY成立的早，本质上是一个trust。VOO采用的才是现在的RIC架构。

既然是trust，就必须要有截止日期（慈善相关的除外）。那SPY啥时候截止呢？

SPY会在2118年清盘，或者SPY的11个Guardians全部死亡。

SPY成立时，随便挑选了11个都是九几年出生的小孩作为Guardians。这11个小孩就肩负了世界上最大的ETF的安危。
