投资小白有笔钱，这样买qqq可以吗？

现在有笔钱， 计划这样操作：
1.现在qqq跌了大概从高点跌了10％， 买入总资金的20％
2.跌10％-20％时，陆续买入总资金的25％
3.跌20％-30％， 买入总资金35％
4.跌30％-40％， 买入剩下的30％

请各位大拿说说这计划怎样？
