看不懂的美国房市

降息在即，房贷利率已经大幅度降低，很多人蠢蠢欲动的在买房了；但是今年的房价，却一路下跌！比如佛州的新房，降价30％都没人要。

普通人负债累累，消费降级，租房市场惨淡。但是CPI 的主要贡献因素，居然是房租上涨！

房子租不出去，哈里斯却说房屋远远不够；她要求政府4年内建3000000套住宅给穷人！

中介佣金改革，买家中介费被取消，但是中介自信满满，纷纷表示无影响；马照跑，舞照跳！
