The average annualized growth rate of the U.S. housing market from March 1992 to March 2024 was around 5.5%. The House Price Index YoY (I:USCHPIY) averaged 4.62% from 1992 to 2024, with a record high of 19.10% in July 2021 and a record low of -10.50% in November 2008.
