Refinance loan amount 有啥猫腻在里边？

头一次做我房子的Refinance. 我数学不好，大家帮我算算看， 这个经纪人给我的贷款额度对不对？

我现在的房贷余额是$222,180. 申请的贷款是30 年， no cost 的， 5.125%. 经纪人刚才打电话跟我说， 银行批下来了， 他给我的贷款是$223,000. 他还说， 我大该还要准备1000-2000 块的钱， 是pre-pay interest.

我没搞懂， 为什么我的贷款额涨上去了呢？ 是不是有什么猫腻在里边？
