谢谢大家的回复。我们的问题是此房在最辉煌时，据说值1.3 M， 现在也就剩1。1 吧。马上卖了实在心有不甘。可长租又不合算，赔钱。。。不租吧，谁又知道明年什么样呢？也不想坑房客，给自己找麻烦，有点进退连难。。。觉得一个月罚金比较可行，可是法律上有什么问题吗？要不就壮士断腕， 忍痛卖了？大师们要是您怎么办？
