交税求教

假定工资已到最高税率，37%, 不考虑另外3点8percent

这时long term 卖股挣10000；tax 2000

short term 挣10000， tax 3700

共extra 交$5700

如果捐款10000,

这个捐款是抵去short term 10000 还是long term 10000

即捐款之后要extra 交2000 还是3700
