重温巴老爷子的指示：90% VOO, 10%T bill.

可惜我只是去年才看到这伟大的指示。

T bill 占比过大而大盘又太贵，无法实现这一比例。

死皮5000点或者以下是实现T bill 往VOO转移的良机。

The rule stipulates investing 90% of one's investment capital toward low-cost stock-based index funds and the remainder 10% to short-term government bonds.

老巴特别点了先锋公司的SPY因为价格便宜。
