I am looking at a property, which is selling as a condo and shares the parking lot in front of the property with two other units. But the property looks look a single house and stand alone. It is selling at the condo's price. Anybody know whether one could opt out of the condo deal and have the property as a single someday?. Actually, if the property can be sold as a single, I will have some money to make. If it is always a condo, it is probably just a so so deal.
VA landlord and other big shots, any suggestions?
