新一轮法拍屋高潮再袭美国首府

根据10月28日公布的一份新报告，新一轮的上千法拍屋即将涌进大华府地区的房地产市场，赁屋者及学生都感受到了这种“波浪形效果”的房市危机。

这份报告显示，今年六月份华府地区大约有10万个拖欠的购屋贷款，占总购屋贷款数量的8%左右。除此之外，还有51,500个购屋贷款超过90天未支付。
