the investment aha moment

我们的第一个投资房是在尔湾，当时是2003年11月买的，3/2.5Town house, $460k, 2004 年初，小区同样的房子出来就是$600k+，that‘s my epiphany，the aha moment about the investment，原来钱还可以这么赚的，因为那时，在硅谷一个engineer的工资也就$100k左右吧。后来这个房子在2006年$650k卖掉了，之后南加的房子就大跌了。有故事，也有运气。你们的investment aha moment 是什么呢？
