想咨询一下诸位作为消费者对住宅使用Cooking 炉子的意见：

一个新房子暖气设备等全部用电，但也可以拉gas（不可以用gas 供暖、空调，有codes与整个建筑成本的影响）。现在gas唯一能用上的是cooking与fireplace。主要想问诸位做菜用gas 与electric cooktop认为有分别吗？分别大吗？是否大到你对买入一个新房子的选择？假如有两个同样房子什么都相同，只是cooking用gas还是用electric的分别。先谢谢！
