比特币的etf现在可以进了？

Jurrien Timmer, Fidelity's global head of macro, has claimed that Bitcoin could go as high as $1 billion by 2038.对比特币非常bullish啊。当然也有归零的预测。投机一点的话，现在比特币在跌，是不是可以进一些etf了？
