买了房子以后，产权归银行还是归我？

新手提问：
买了房子以后 (mortgage贷款)，产权归银行还是归我？
我觉得归我，因为我有房产证。可是我的朋友说归银行，因为
银行贷款给我。还说车子就是这样的。

请明白人说说怎么会事。
