Are you the back up offerer?

I had a house was "waiting for releast of Escrow". I made a offer but did not get pick at the beginning. Later listing call my agent to see whether I still interested in that house. I was. And then I signed the document and it stated subject to release of Escow. 2 days later, Escrow closed and new Escrow open for me. If you are the same case, should be OK. 不麻妨. 但是你要搞清楚前者为何退出？sometimes listing agent only states funding problem. But my expenrience found out that's not truce.
