signing an offer tomorrow

I am going to sign an offer to a short sale house (will be forclosure soon) tomorrow. Can you share what questions do I need to ask my agent? For instance, any hidden fees owed by the previous owner? Who is responsible for those charges? I know I need to put loan/home inspection/appraisal contingencies for sure. Anything else? Many thanks in advance!
