Just for doing bathroom yourself, that take a lot of time and effort. I can't do it myself. I lately got one Townhouse, need redo the bathroom in basement. It has to remove all the existing tile, drain has to be moved to match where the openning is on shower kit bought from home depot. Even took 4 days for 2 contractors. Don't think this is for a faint of heart.
