Yes, I have the same question. Which bank you used to get a loan? I know it's very hard for a Canadian to get a morgage for purchasing property in U.S. My friend who is a Candian only get line of credit from the Canadian bank, with high interest rate. Could you kindly provide the name of the bank you apply for the loan? A u.s bank?
