不懂AZ.不过以前这里的大师们曾说过，rent 和房价的比要是1%,才能正的cash flow

也就是说，如果rent是$1,700的话，房价要在$170,000左右,这么算的话这个房就贵了，可是那么好的deal哪里常有啊？
