其实退休 Delaware 不错。理由如下

1. 没有sales tax. 总的Tax rate 比较低， property tax 也很低，而且房价不高，50-60万可以买 4-bedroom 一套独立房子

2。离大城市纽约/华盛顿2个小时距离，离费城/巴尔的摩半个小时。

3。一年四季气候分明。靠近海边。喜欢水的钓鱼抓螃蟹都可以。

4。中国超市很大，中餐馆很多。

5。医疗条件很不错，有大型医院。

6。工作机会也很多，尤其是金融方面。

7。交通设施很不错，路修得很好。我到过许多州，觉得路是最好的。

8。除开 Wilmington 以外，治安很不错的。
