一般short sale, 都要在私下给seller 好处吗？不然他到时候把房子弄的一塌糊涂。Seller 一般会把built in 都拆走吗？"As is" when?　Closing time or for sell time? 如果另外给钱，what r we talking about? 0.5% or just a few thousand dollar? do we put it in contract?

另外您觉得Ｂｕｙ　＆　Ｈｏｌｄ　（ｖａｃａｎｔ），多久市场会开始回升？现在美金贬得太厉害，也不想赚大钱，保值就好。
