1. 是否这意味着银行现在own这个房子,而不是原房东?
2. 我刚刚把10月份的房租支票寄出去,是否应该通知银行停付支票?如何把押金要回来?
3. 停付10月份的支票会不会在将来成为对我不利的证据?owner可能以此为凭来申请驱逐我呢?
4. Notice上说原房东欠大院127K贷款,房子将于10/15拍卖。请问何处可以查到拍卖信息?一般这类型的拍卖起价如何?
5. 如果有人买了,我是否会被驱逐?是否我应该收到通知?我听说新法律保护住客不会被立即驱逐,而是有90天的通知期限?
