对于房子多的人,增加现金流的一个办法：）））

就是把房子排列一下。比如有20个房子，第一年拿第一个房子cash-out refi. Increased monthly payment to be covered by increased rent. 第二年do the same thing on the 2nd house. So on and so forth.
 

Because the cash flow is from loans. You don't need to pay any taxes. Not only that, you can deduct tax on the interest part.

 

二十年后，第一个房子又可以搞cashout refi 了
