我们工作20年，401k每年放满，现在有80万。其间经过了boom and burst.
湾区住房10年，卖了获利50万。全是在boom 中。
如果现住房10年后又能获利50万，（经过现在的房市bubble burst),那就是 RE 胜 stock.
