有一个问题，我一直没搞明白，请大家指教，谢谢

在下面几种情况下，是要先把股票卖掉换成现金，还是可以直接取股票：

1）从IRA里取RMD

2）从IRA转Roth

3）从继承的IRA取钱

我看我公婆以前取RMD时，都是先卖股票再取钱，我觉得应该可以直接取股票，但从没有求证过，坛子里有谁知道？省得我打电话去问，谢谢。
