坟地旁边的房子能买吗？

请教各位大师，帮我拿个主意：

　　我在山上看中了一处房子，座北朝南，新房子，内部的布局我很满意，南面的风景很好，可以看到下面的山谷和远方的山，房子的后面是山坡，所以几乎没有院子，山坡上有一排树，树的后面是一片平坦的很大的墓地，其实，那墓地的景色也很不错。我本人是不信这个邪的,当时看到这坟地时的第一个念头是privacy很好.但得考虑resale value.请教各位，这房子能买吗? 是自住，不是投资。多谢指教。
