That is based on you work all years till you receive the benefit as well as pay the highest SS each year.
The number of years you work, and how much you made (contribution) would determine how much SS benefit you received. Formula of projection is on SSA site, no need to guess.
If you stopped working then put ZERO in those future years you dont work. The projection is purely based on the input data you provide.
