try factory reset - be careful...

Go to Settings > General > Transfer or Reset iPad > Reset. Choose an option: WARNING: If you choose the Erase All Content and Settings option, all of your content is removed. See Erase iPad.

Be ware, you will lost everything in iPad, but this iPad will be like it original status just coming from factory...
