First, thanks all for the replies. They are valuable information/advices.
The applicant showed me the whole package including the approving paper. I copied the forms needed for landlords. She seems a trustful black person working as a med tech in a hospital. She's been living in an another condo just around the corner (belonging to a large company) for 9 months and paid by herself (she just got section 8 approved). Both my condo and the one she's in are kind of upscale. Mine is more spacious with a garage but I only asked $20 more. According to her, that's the reason she is going to switch. The condo is in a satellite city east to Dayton, Oho, which is the high end of the area.
What I am going to do is to do credit check on her first and then to make decision.
More advices will be welcomed.
BTW, I DID search the forum with key word "Sec 8" and "section 8",before I posted, but returned 0 results.
