大家帮忙看看我LG是不是太保守谨慎了。

我家现在经济状况，不算那些如果现在卖亏的大的，只算现在能马上套现的股票价值$50万左右，LG年薪$20万左右，我因为要生老二，现在全职在家，但若要找工作，我的专业能马上找到工作并且薪水也不会太差。我们现在在租房，LG因为一直希望房子降价降价再降价，所以拖到现在也没买。因为快要生老二了，他自己也觉的再不买房子不好意思了，所以准备今年年底买房，我跟他说买个$80万左右的，但是他觉得压力会太大，我很confused. 因为没有买过房，没有经验，请行家advise一下，我家这种经济状况买个$80万的房子压力会太大吗？还是我LG太谨慎，太没有男子气概了？
