Normally, you should do termite and home inspection first. If home inspector said there is a big problem in fundation or roof, then you order further inspection UNLESS agent told you roof has a big problem, then inspect the roof first to see how big the problem is.

For some big inspection company, if you order termite and home inspection from them together, roof inspection is free.
