Thank you very much for your great post. One question: for Hispanic or Mexican renters, if they claim they do not have credit, how do you make the decision "rent or not rent"? Do you confirm their employment or check with their previous landlords?
Some of them are illegal immigrants and I was told that they usually are very good tenants. Sometimes they even do not have a bank account. So the risk is pretty high if you meent a bad apple.
Any suggestion on this topic? Thanks again!!!
