在硅谷，你的工资该是多少？

既然说硅谷，谈的当然是IT行业的。
另外，我进一步假设你拥有EECS或相关专业的MS degree.
PhD也差不多，可以算是MS加两年经验.

1. 你的入门工资应该是7-9万. 头衔多是senior (software/handware) engineer.

2. 3年后，你的工资应调到10万左右。头衔可变可不变。

3. 再过3-4年，你的头衔必须长一级, 工资12万左右。你这时相当于junior manager

4. 再过4-5年，你的头衔必须长一级, 工资14.5万左右。你这时相当于senior manager.

5. 再过X 年, 运气好的化，你就可以和director们平级了，这时的工资是17万左右。

Summary:
1-4 yr ==> $100K.
7 yr ==> $120K
10-11 yr ==> $150K
13-15 yr ==> $170K.
