怎么没关系？如果按楼主的意向做，不告诉lender首付的2/3是借的，那就是fraud.

告诉了lender首付的2/3是借的，而且在付mortgage的同时还必须付第二个mortgage, 就会降低楼主儿子的credit score, lender很有可能不批准，或者会改变 mortgage terms.
