请问这样的case，我应该如何处理

18年，我有个房客赖房租，被法院eviction,然后她失踪，找不到她了。 非常幸运，今天我发现她的住址，而且在cook county 的property tax 网站上，证实她现在是owner。请问这样的case，我应该如何处理。
