It looks you are stuck there. Right now 弯曲好学区 house price is stable or little down. Yes. From the investment return view, you won't gain too much in near term. What's your mortgage loan term for this one? ARM or 30 year fix?

On the other hand, 跌的厉害的差区买房 rebounce from last year low. But you won't get good tenant in these areas. It will be headache if you do not have landlord experience / skill.
