群里有懂 Vanguard Thrift and Investment Plan?

我家那位以前公司的退休账户是个在 Vanguard 的 "thrift and investment plan", 离开那个公司好多年了也没去管它, 今天去看了看, 从 2020 年到现在, 竟然亏了20%, 想把它转换成标普500, 但貌似换不了, 群里有懂的大拿给说说怎么能把钱弄出来买VFIAX,  不能就这么看着它这么贴下去呀. 先谢了!
