买还是不买，有POOL的自住房？请有POOL的同学们提供TIPS

请有POOL的同学们提供POOL COST做一下参考。谢先。

看了一些房，这个有POOL的房子各方面最顺眼，有我喜欢的厨房和FINISHED WALKOUT BASEMENT，属于可以Movein的。可是因为这个POOL,下不了最后决心。我们在密州，夏天不是很热，也没有孩子，所以POOL对我们来说是个extra cost而不是something to enjoy.网上查了一下pool的维护费用也不是很高，可是不知道对水和电的消耗会有多少，还有什么其他的Liability。听说过有人买了最后还有把Pool给填平的，不知道那样的话费用会是多少。最近房子跑得很快，有几处房子看了一次，再要看时都有offer了。我也不想就因为Pool而错过了自己喜欢的房子。

还有想问可不可以把Basement租出去。Basement里面有卫浴。我现在失业有半年了，在这失业率最高的地方，工作看来还遥遥无期，买了房子后有可能需要额外收入。
